Professional photographers visit the centre for one week, annually and are obligation free. Photographs are a vital part of our curriculum and are documented in children’s portfolios. These photos remain the property of the centre and shall not be released for any other purpose unless parental permission is given for such.

It is the policy of this centre to comply with any legally binding written instructions regarding custody arrangements and to make every effort to ensure the safety and security of the children whilst at the centre. Parents must provide the centre with copies of current court orders etc, before we are able to comply.

The Priority of Access Guidelines are used by approved services to allocate available child care places where there are more families requiring care than places available.
When filling vacant places, LEL must fill them according to the following priorities:
Priority 1:  A child at risk of serious abuse or neglect
Priority 2:  A child of a single parent
Priority 3:  Any other child

A responsible person will be on the premises at all times, and the details of the responsible person at any time will be clearly displayed for educators and families. The process for determining the responsible person will be followed at all times. Details of the person responsible is documented and displayed for all users of the service.

It is the policy of this centre that children will only be released to their parents or the person stated in writing on the enrolment form. The centre should have current copies of any custody or restraining orders- these will remain in a lockable filing cabinet in the centre office.

To fulfill statutory obligations necessary to operate our centre and to provide the highest standard of service, we are required to collect personal information from children and parents/guardians using our centre before and during the course of their child/children’s enrolment in our service.

At Lili’s Early Learning we would like all parents and family members to feel welcome in participating in our programs. Family members all have unique interests, ideas, skills and talents. We actively encourage contributions to our programs, and therefore each child’s development, wherever possible.

- Relief staff on our list are to be used
- If no list staff available – agency to be called with details of hours and qualifications
